Great location, clean and comfortable. This is a great hotel for somewhere to stop over and explore Hanoi for a couple of days. The location was great, center of old town and around a 2 min walking distance to the Hoan Kien lake. There is a small breakfast which is enough to get you ready for a day of exploring. The bed are comfortable and clean and you are provided with a fresh bottle of water daily. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

We have just had 4 nights here and the hotel is great. Location is perfect and I could lie in bed at night looking out at the beautiful lights around the lake. The staff are absolutely exceptional and can’t do enough for you. The Sky Bar is good but can obviously be quite windy at this time of year because it’s so high - views are amazing though. Breakfast is ample with hot items to order - pho was wonderful.

The room size was decent for 3 people and the beds were comfortable. The lighting in the hotel was exceptional and the balcony view was a nice touch. The rooftop bar was also an additional perk of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially Roger who helped us unlock our safe when it was stuck!). The hotel breakfast was included and had a good selection for everyone. The hotel was in an amazing location, very close to lots of shops and restaurants. We only stayed here 1 night but would recommend for a short stay.

The location is great, our room was spacious and clean. Great rooftop bar with a fantastic view over the lake. But the best thing about this hotel were the staff. From the time I booked online from Australia, Daisy looked after our airport transfer, Ha Long Bay cruise. Then checking into the hotel and meeting Roger and Swan, they were the most beautiful and helpful people. They booked our transfers to Sapa and back, suggested a great hairdresser and local restaurants. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. Thank you so much we will be back again some day.

It’s a lovely small hotel with a cozy little rooftop. The employees are very friendly. Especially Swan was great. She knows everything and share her knowledge. If you want to know where you can get the best banh mi, she will show you the way. If you like to book a day trip to Halong Bay there are many travel agencies with a lot of different offers. The best offer I get from her. It looks like she can do everything for having a great experience. Btw. she collect bank notes, like I do too. So I gave her my currency for her collection. Swan, thank you again for your hospitality. It was great.

Staff was great!! Very considerate and helpful. Location is also very good. Everything you need or want is a stone's throw away. Tones of restaurants and shopping! Breakfast was good. There is a buffet and menu options. Rooftop bar was cozy. Our room was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. It was a nice place to stay.

Where should I start.. The staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Khanh, Ming, Vivian, Tho, Ling and Chan did their best to make sure we had a memorable stay. The hotel is located within walking distance to the lake but room was a bit smaller than expected. Many cafes, eateries and convenience stores are in the main street. Breakfast is with reasonable options and provide refill water. There was daily room service (even arranged our toiletries in a holder when we came back🥰) and water. These people are the best. I left my sons watch in bed, Vivian got it and kept it for us. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was wonderful. Got a good variety of food and you can also order pho and pancakes. Staffs are super friendly. Tommy at front desk was super helpful and he remembered our names on first day and Provided recommendations on where can we go/do each day. The location is great. Lots of food and shopping right outside the hotel. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood.

This place is fantastic. The people are beautiful. Treat you like a family . Great English. Excellent location. Great service . We would definitely stay here again. We will miss all of there friendly faces didn't want to leave .. absolutely loved hanoi but the people were what made it memorable. Hope to see you all again thank you everyone

Such a great little hotel perfectly located in the old quarter. The staff honestly couldn’t do more for you . Lovely little hotel, great breakfast included in the price. We’ve stayed here twice during our trip to Vietnam and were warmly welcomed back like old friends the second time. Definitely would stay here again next time I hope we are lucky enough to come back to Vietnam. Thanks so much for looking after us.
